Which payment methods do you accept?

We are currently accepting Paypal.

PayPal is the preferred web payment method in the UK because it’s a smarter, savvier way to pay online in just a few clicks. All you need is your email address and a password.

What is your return policy?

We understand that sometimes you will not be 100% satisfied with your purchase... And that's ok!


You can return a product and get a full refund or exchange within 28 days of placing your order. Unfortunately we won't be able to cover the cost for your parcel back to us, but please keep your receipt as proof of shipment.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

If you are returning items which are part of a set, please note that both parts will need to be returned together.

If you suspect your item is faulty or damaged please contact us and we will work through resolving the issue.

We ask for your name, home address & email address when a purchase is made on our site. We need this information to ensure you receive your delivery.

Your data will enable us, and our processors, to fulfil your order & to notify you about important functionality changes. We will not use this information to send you information about products, services & promotions.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE SHARE WITH OTHERS?
We may contact with other companies to provide certain services such as processing shipping, name and address verification. We provide these companies with only the information they need to perform their services. 

Your information will not be shared with any other sites or third party businesses.

What is your shipping method?

Please note that although we will process your order within 1-2 days, there may be delays with shipping due to the pandemic and the seasonal time of year.

We ship within the UK & Internationally via Royal Mail services.

Orders over £40 within the UK will qualify for free delivery, just select next day delivery at the checkout.

UK DELIVIERY OPTIONS

£3.00- Royal Mail 2nd class is usually delivered to you within 2-3 working days including Saturdays. 

​

£4.50 - Royal Mail 1st class is usually delivered the next working day including Saturdays.   

​

£3.99 - Evri Standard tracked is usually delivered in 2-4 working days

Pick up in person - Free

This option is for customers who have arranged this service prior to placing an order. As a small online business it suits customers locally in London who are happy to meet & greet in person at a public place. Please email info@casabyrochelle.com

INTERNATIONAL OPTIONS

​

£6.95 - Royal Mail International Standard. Europe is 3-5 days* business days and the rest of the world is 6-7 business days. (non trackable)

​

£9.95 - Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. Europe is 3-5 days* business days and the rest of the world is 6-7 business days.

(Tracked end-to-end with online confirmation and signature on delivery)

*Delivery aim to Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria and Luxembourg is 3-4 working days

Do you have a walk-in store?

Unfortunately we don't have our own store. We are currently accessible online, but please check out our social media page for more lifestyle images. You'll be able to get a feel for how our products can interact with your space!
